KUHN OWS 6500 Inline Wrapper

With the OptiWrap^® OWS 6500, KUHN now offers the ability to inline wrap both round and square bales. The OWS builds on previous wrapper technology, and offers exceptional wrapping productivity, while minimizing film and fuel use. The OWS 6500 has the ability to quickly wrap 3’x3’ and 3’x4’ large square bales, up to 6 feet in length, and 4- and 5-foot round bales up to 6 feet in diameter.

The OWS 6500 utilizes the same proven pre-stretchers with an industry leading 70% plastic stretch ratio. This higher stretch ratio provides more efficient plastic utilization and better bale compression reducing plastic cost per bale. IntelliWrap technology uses a simple display to control the wrapping process and allows the operator to easily adjust many of the wrapper functions conveniently from the monitor. The BaleEye photoelectric sensor accurately and reliably detects a bale on the loading platform with no mechanical moving parts, unlike competitive mechanical sensors.
